Graduates

a team of fresh perspective every year

Our graduate scheme is no easy ride - but it is a chance to help millions of people secure their financial future. It starts with an intensive induction programme. Who we are. The terminology we use. The solutions we provide (and the systems and tools we use to do it) – it’s all covered. While undeniably demanding, it’s not as daunting as it sounds – and you’ll be assigned a resident buddy to help you settle in. Then, you’ll work alongside experienced senior professionals, and contribute to real solutions for real clients. The chance to make a difference starts almost from day one.

Who can apply?
To be considered for any of our graduate positions, you’ll need 2:1 degree (in any discipline) and be comfortable working with numbers. Want to work in asset and liability management? You’ll need a 2:1 in maths, or in a science, technology or engineering subject, plus maths at A-Level (or equivalent).

Application Process

Graduates

Stage One: On line application – this will include answering some example-based questions.

Stage Two: Invited to complete a video interview – this will involve answering general interview questions to find out a little more about you and if you are applying for ALM there will be some mathematical questions in there too!

Stage Three: Invited to an assessment – again this will vary by role. For Consulting, you will participate in a half day assessment and for ALM you will have an in-depth interview.

Final Stage: Final face-to-face interview.

At Redington you get the best bits of working for a company that is one of the most respected in its field, as well as one that’s still small enough to allow you to take responsibility early on and work alongside industry experts from day one.

Graduate Vacancies

If you think you have what it takes to make the class of 2019, then you can apply to any of our graduate vacancies, listed below.

Redington Insight Event for Women

At Redington, we work to advise funds on their investment strategies, with the aim of making 100 million people financially secure. Our innovative approach and passion for building a inclusive and diverse company make it a great place to work.

We’re holding a Women’s Insight Event in October for final-year female undergraduates.

You’ll be able meet our people, visit our office and get an insight into our work. There’s also an opportunity to fast track onto an assessment day in January 2019 for a full-time analyst position.

Delivering our vision calls for a diverse range of skills, personalities and thinking styles – so your degree discipline doesn’t matter – but you should be in your final year of university.

What you can expect on the day:

Come to our office in London on either Wednesday 17th October or Wednesday 31st October 2018 to:

– Find out what Redington does

– Experience a day in the life of an investment analyst

– Learn about the clients we advise, considering their goals and constraints, understand how asset classes impact their portfolio (you’ll even be given the tools to have a go at reviewing an asset class yourself)

– See how our charity, RedSTART, delivers its financial education to schools

– And, most importantly, get to meet some of our team and get a feel for our culture, all whilst having fun (the food’s pretty awesome too!)

How to apply?

Simply follow the link and complete a very short video interview by 7th October 2018.
